Ziggy Zapata

Renowned for his lightning technique and powerful singing, virtuoso guitarist
Ziggy Zapata is a most versatile artiste. As well as presenting his concerts and
production shows in a huge variety of venues and on luxury cruise liners, he
performs as a solo musician and with his duos and bands. Ziggy leads a very
interesting life, as he is also an entertainment industry agent, computer and IT
consultant and involved with amateur radio and electronics. For decades, Ziggy
was a commercial charter pilot, but is now medically retired from the aviation
industry.
Ziggy has been honoured by his
show business peers by winning the prestigious Australian Entertainment MO Award
for One Man Performer Band twice. He has been nominated in MO Awards and ACE
Awards categories a number of times and enjoys an excellent reputation as a
dynamic entertainer.
